HIRING: PAYROLL ANALYST FOR QUEZON CITY / TAGUIG CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

 

SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 16000 – 19000

 

WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

 

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

 

Qualifications: 

● Manage and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, filing of statutory contributions and/or tax clearance as well as posting of general ledger within the stipulated deadlines

● Analyze doubtful pay transactions, diagnose problems and determine follow-up actions

● Highlight or recommend improvements and solutions to enhance payroll operational efficiency and effectiveness

● Maintain data accuracy and alignment between  PeopleSoft and payroll information from third party vendor/s. Performs appropriate corrective actions to resolve identified inconsistencies, errors or other problems

● Liaise with Internal and External auditors on headcount and payroll matters

● Handle internal customers queries, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner 

● Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

● Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

● Diploma in Business Administration or Accountancy, with at least 5 years payroll experience in a MNC environment

● Experience in processing payroll for Philippines and Australia

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

● Working experience in a HR Payroll Outsource Environment as well as end to end payroll processing including variable inputs (ie. Bonuses), pay processing, payroll taxes and reporting

● High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential

● Responsible, meticulous, accurate and able to work under pressure while achieving timescales in a fast paced work environment

● A good team player who is capable of working on his/her own initiative

● Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice
