Job Description

OPERATIONS MANAGER

-Bachelor/college degree in Civil Engineering preferably Registered Civil Engineer

-At least 5 years working experience at a senior managerial or leadership role

-Problem solving and decision-making for complex issues at site

-Knowledge of quality management systems, project management and monitoring, manpower management, budget management and adeptness in computer using MS Office

-Ability to effectively  communicate ideas in oral and written English especially to Clients and Top Management

-Applicants must be willing to travel from site to site  and spend a significant amount of time addressing operational issues at the project sites depending on the needs of the project

-Experience  in a construction fit-out industry is an advantage

– 35-45 years old; male

-This is a permanent position
