Job Description:

•Monitor calls on the operations floor and provide coaching and feedback to customer service executives on the floor so as to improve their communications skills
•Conduct voice coaching activities on the operations floor to maximize the effectiveness of CORE Training through call monitoring, providing feedback and conduct coaching sessions
•Conduct limited training delivery in a classroom to reinforce CORE training sessions
•Liaise with the senior management on the operations floor for training sessions
•Identify areas of improvement with individual agents and coach them to improve their skills
•Understand the training requirements for the process and conduct training sessions accordingly
•Develop training modules and customize them as per client requirements
•To be well aware of company’s policies and procedures
•To be able to conduct coaching for both ‘one to one’ and ‘one to many’ sessions
•To have clear understanding of the functioning and hierarchy of each department.
•Understand specific client requirements for each Operation
•Deliver the required voice & communication coaching efficiently
•Fulfill client needs in terms of voice & accent training and customer service skills consistentlythe WFM Manager in training and supporting new WFM team members

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as an Operations’ Communication Coach
• Must have above average English language communication skills
• Must be flexible with changes
• Must be willing to work in shift schedules
• Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
• Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-Time. Salary: Less than 20,000.
