Who We Are:

FastSchool is an online education company based in Beijing China, focusing on teaching Chinese students English through a brand new way. The company was founded by Mr. Fang Gang, the former senior VP of SOHU.COM(a Nasdaq listed company). Our online school offers personalized English Channels with experienced ESL teachers as well as youtubers who are all native English speakers. FastSchool guarantees to offer an interesting, practical and fun learning experience while helping students to achieve fluency in English.

About You:

We are looking for fun and open-minded individuals. The following are some additional qualifications.
• TESOL/TEFL certificate preferred, teaching experience preferred
• Teaching experience with Chinese students is appreciated
• Ability to accommodate large number of students is valued quality
• Must be fun, easy-going, and friendly to children
• Need to be willing to do extra work to prepare for every lesson
• Possess a native speaker level of competence
• A bachelor’s degree
• Has fast and stable Internet for online lessons
• Has a well-functioning computer with Windows Operating System
• Capable of managing an online kids talk show/lesson about culture and different subjects
• Punctual with a great sense of responsibility
• Available from 7pm to 9pm Beijing time, Monday through Sunday (All channels are open during this time, but you have freedom of choosing how many hours you want to work with us per week)
• Has no previous criminal records
