Job Description

Career Hunter Recruitment Solutions is urgently in needs of MOBILIZATION SENIOR ANALYST . We need someone who is willing to start asap.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 3-5 years of work experience (supervisory level or TL level for Level E)
  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable under pressure and capable of handling effectively a number of conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrate initiative, able to identify, resolve, and escalate issues
  • Essential to be well organized, a multitasker and in control
  • Strong analytical skills that can recognize unusual operational trends
  • Proactive, positive minded, requiring minimal direction and guidance

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials
  • Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
  • Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
  • Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
  • Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program
  • Define, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
  • Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools
  • Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream of a Service Transition program
  • Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
  • Lead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall Solution Blueprint
  • Provide peer review to other service transition activities
  • Contribute to Mobilization capabilities and the Knowledge Exchange
