Job Description

Position:Member Services
Reports To: Site Director
Position Type: Full-Time (40+ hrs/wk)
Compensation:$30,000 range

Description Overview:
The Member Services team is responsible for making sure each member/client experience meets and exceeds ICW standards. They are their to assist members/clients with all needs and questions. They are the point person for all members/clients for anything that doesn’t pertain to the specifics of a workout. They work to smooth communication and coordination between members/clients, students, and coaches to ensure ICW is delivering on everything we commit to.
Their primary responsibility is making sure clients are retained and having an amazing experience at ICW, both in the workout and in the mission of ICW.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Acting as point person between members, students and coaches, as it relates to scheduling and all non-workout specific questions.
2) Providing each new member, and potential member with a tour of the facility, and orientation to ICW.
3) Engaging with each member at the beginning and end of each workout to manage their experience as well as to get daily feedback on the delivery of our services.
4) Ensuring the site is hitting its goals as it relates to number of members and number of training sessions completed.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1) Working with personal training clients, and students.
2) Onboarding students, clients, and visitors.
3) Assisting Site Director as needed.
4) Assisting students with various needs (i.e. job applications, studies, etc.)
5) Working with management to identify where growth challenges may exist.
