HIRING: MANDARIN AND CANTONESE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR  CYBERPARK QUEZON CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

SALARY OFFER/RANGE:    Php 55, 000- 70, 000

WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

Qualifications:   
● Should be fluent in verbal and written English/Mandarin and Cantonese
● At least 2 year-college/ associate degree education
● Strong English communication skills both spoken & written (w/ at least neutral accent)
● Good interpersonal skills
● Analytical and problem solving skills
● Comprehension skills, both written and verbal
● (Preferably) Basic accounting skill
● (Preferably) Be able to adapt to different Asian accents and familiar with address formats in APAC  Basic knowledge in business correspondence/email
● Computer Literate, specifically in MS Excel
● Willing to work on shifting schedule
