We are a brand new concept Hookah Lounge that will be serving high quality ingredients and exceptional service. We are located at the heart of Victory Blvd in a very commercial area of the borough. Job Description
Being a line cook, you will be executing newly developing recipes created by our Chef in our closed kitchen. You will be able to experience a fun and evolving environment. You will also be responsible to keep all refrigeration, storage, and working area in clean and safe working conditions to comply with health department regulations.
Requirements
-Minimum 6 month to 1 year of line cook experience
-Experienced in working in a high volume restaurant
-Can prepare all foods in accordance to standard recipes and as specified as guest
-Oversee food preparation and kitchen staff to ensure quality production
-Ability to visually inspect, select and use only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items-Able to check and control the proper storage of product and portion control-Motivated team player that works hard and is driven by the will to succeed
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 /hour
