HIRING:HR TALENT STRATEGY MANAGER FOR MANDALUYONG SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview

directly to the client’s office.

●WORK SHIFT:ROTATING SHIFT

Qualifications:

    ●JD –   Formulation of talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy.
    ●JD – Define and manage programs, create initiatives and plans for the deployment of Human Capital Strategy.
    ●JD- Support and deliver development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies.
    ●JD- Will be handling specific entity: Primarily cross DTE (but can be assigned to an entity if project is entity specific)
    ●Experience in creating people programs &/or leadership development training programs
    ●Project management skills
    ●Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management & analytics skills
    ●Must have strong and solid experience in Human Resources
