HIRING: HR TALENT STRATEGY ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR MANDALUYONG CITY READ FROM TOP BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office. 

●  SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 80000

●  WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

●  NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

 

Qualifications:

● JD-   Formulation of talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy.

● JD- Support and deliver development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies.

● JD- Will be handling specific entity: Primarily cross DTE (but can be assigned to an entity if project is entity specific)

● Graduate of any 4 year course

● Must have  exposure in Inclusion and Diversity programs

● Must have dealt with I&D groups (women, PWDS, LGBT, cross cultural)

● Good communication skills

● Should be flexible/amenable to travel and transfer work location when needed
