HIRING: HR BPO MANAGER FOR WITHIN METRO MANILA SITES (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

 

SALARY OFFER/RANGE: NEGOTIABLE

WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

 

Qualifications:

 – JD-Manage HR service delivery and ensure alignment with business andHR strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between HR and local employees across all DTEs and serve as a local liaison to HR functions and service organizations. May include: design/implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision. Manages service delivery of People Advisors.

BPO experience / Shared Service experience a plus

 – Have handled big teams

 – Excellent Business communication skills, client and/or stakeholders management

 – Proven project management and business process improvement expertise

 – Other required skills:HR Strategy Development/ Career Management Planning/ Communication Planning and Management/ Leadership Development / Communication Planning and Management
