Job Description

Call Center Agent Job Duties:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least High school Graduate.
  • Must be 18 years old and above.
  • Must have Good to Excellent english communication skills (oral and written)
  • Willing to be trained

     MUST BRING 3 COPIES OF YOUR RESUME AND 1 VALID ID
