HIRING: FINANCE MANAGER FOR QUEZON CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

 

SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 63000 – 81000

 

WORK SHIFT: DAY SHIFT

 

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

 

Qualifications:

● JD –  Analyze and report on financials and partner with senior leaders to collaboratively manage budgets.

● JD – Assist with periodic forecast and budget creation for business leadership.

● 5+ years of financial and operational management experience.

● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

● Exceptional financial acumen and P&L management skills

● Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment.

● Prior work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan.

● Strong ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives.

● Strong executive presence, communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
