Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Report directly and work closely with the company’s Industry Partner  based in Tokyo, Japan.
– Must be able to make meaningful conversations and sophisticated e-mails to consultants in Tokyo.
– Conduct sales lead generation via telephone calls and internet research of potential candidates for the current roles were working.
– Set up appointments with potential candidates or arrange a schedule for them to visit our office in Tokyo to meet with our Industry Partners liaising with both parties about their availability.
– Manage support staff (located in Manila and in Tokyo) for key searches using efficient methods in developing our database for future contacts.
– Manage projects given to the support staff regarding data analysis and lead generation depending on the current project being worked on.
– Study current industry market trends for future strategic and project planning to increase our revenue achievement every quarter.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Literature);
– At least 1 year Outbound Sales experience (3-5 years of professional experience is advantage);
– Demonstrated ability to hit sales-targets;
– Stable work history;
– Good command of the English language (Japanese not required but helpful);
– A burning desire to earn good money in a company with a long time horizon;
– High-performance individuals with good personality;
– Willing to work in Makati City.

Earn Php 25,000 – Php 30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped incentives + HMO
