Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant 

* ONLY WITH EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME FIELD NEED TO APPLY

 
I. Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional Communication skills and nothing less.
  2. Must have a minimum of 2 years Admin Assistance experience.
  3. Must have proper phone etiquette skills and used to making calls.
  4. Must be willing to work during EST/PST
  5. Familiar/Expert with Office applications, Cloud base apps and phone system.

II. Knowledge:

  A. Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  B. English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

  C. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  D. Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications.
  E. Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
 
III. Tools (not limited to)

  1. Accounting software — Intuit QuickBooks software; Sage Peachtree Premium Accounting for Manufacturing; Sage Peachtree software
  2. Analytical or scientific software — KAPES software; Micro Estimating FabPlan; MTI Systems Costimator JS
  3. Data base user interface and query software — Database software; Microsoft Access; RefWorks
  4. Enterprise resource planning ERP software — Microsoft Great Plains software; MicroStrategy Report Services; PRONTO Xi; SAP software
  5. Word processing software — Corel WordPerfect software; Microsoft Word; Transcription software
 
 
III. Equipment and Working Location Requirement

  * High-Speed internet (no wifi/usb connection)
  * Good headset piece for calling
  * PC running at least P4 or Dual Core and 2GB RAM
  * Quiet place to work (no rooster, dogs, baby and the likes)
 

 
 
This position starts out part-time with a possibility of going full-time after an initial 90-day period.
