Full-Time Dispatcher/Schedule Coordinator

Job Description

VanWell Masonry is the Puget Sound’s leading open shop masonry contractor, serving the Northwest region since 1991. We specialize in three masonry divisions: Commercial, Residential and Restoration. Our profitable company is growing year by year, which means, we need committed employees who care about safety and quality. 

VanWell Masonry is currently accepting applications for a full-time Dispatch and Equipment Coordinator for employment in our expanding company. This position is based out of our Snohomish warehouse and office. You responsibilities will include the following:

·         Coordinate yard staff schedule

·         Manage equipment/supplies fulfillment to the field and returns to the warehouse

·         Coordinate equipment needs vs. availability

·         Maintain outside vendor relationships for maintenance, repairs, parts and supplies

·         Maintain tracking systems for all field equipment

·         Ensure all field equipment remains in safe working condition

 

Our ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

·         Ability to effectively handle time-critical issues

·         Familiar with mechanical equipment functions

·         Operation of forklifts and Skytrak – certification a plus

·         Working knowledge of the construction field

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, numerical or schedule form

·         Valid driver’s license required

Compensation is highly competitive and dependent upon experience. VanWell offers 401K and Full Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits.
