Job Description

CSRs for Healthcare Account in Taguig (16k-23k base pay)

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to promote or answer queries about our products and services.
You are also tasked to update customers’ accounts and complete call logs/reports.

Requirements:
1. College graduate (any course, no back-subjects)
2. Knowledge in using/navigating Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
3. Excellent English communication skills
4. Amenability to work in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
5. Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment
