Job Description

The Upper Crust in Wellesley is a busy upscale pizzeria. We offer take out, dine in & catering. This location is stocked with draft & bottled beer along with red & white wine. We are currently seeking people with Great Customer Service skills, who are confident, friendly and reliable and want to grow with our company.

Job Requirements:
•Must be +18.
•Must be able to work 30-40 hours.
•Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
•Must be able to work nights & weekends.
•Must have prior food service experience.
•Must be friendly, outgoing and be able to connect personally with customers.
•Must be able to come up with solutions to problems quickly.
•Must have own reliable transportation.

– Serve Safe is not required but is a plus.

Job Resposibilities:
•Tending to customers dining in store.
•Taking phone orders for delivery, take out & catering.
•Opening/Closing the store.
•Keeping up with the stores cleanliness.
•Resolving issues with customers.
•Taking responsibility and completing manger duties while the manager is away from the store.
•Ability to make deliveries during peak hours is highly sought.
•Willingness to cover delivery shifts not required, but is desired.

Pay rate is to be discussed at hire.
