Job Description

Whitsons is now interviewing for sub Cooks in Lindenhurst for the current School year!
On call position with great schedule for food service professional – no nights weekends or holidays. Experience in food service.
Requirements:

– Experience in food service.
– High school graduate or equivalent.
– Ability to speak and read English in order to understand and perform job assignments.
– Extensive physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
– Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
– Always present a positive and professional image.
– Basic English Reading and Writing Skills

Successful candidate must be able to provide NYSED fingerprint clearance as required by law prior to job start.
