Music for Life is looking for the “right candidate” who can work between 9:00am-6pm EST from Monday – Friday.

Music for Life is a music education business providing lessons to children who are 6 weeks old – 6+ years old how to play music. Our mission is to bring music to kids everywhere, and with our growing client base we are in need of a caring and competent individual who wants to make a difference in the world by making our dream of bringing music to kids everywhere a reality!

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for notating, managing and organizing incoming receivables from multiple platforms into our accounting database of spreadsheets and invoices,
Providing a daily report of expected and received income,
Communicating with customers about their account information when necessary.
Must be comfortable being trained to use our banking websites for receivables.
Uses Quickbooks as an accounting software aside from Excel.

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of Google Drive as well as Quickbooks is also required,
A good phone manner will also be necessary.
You must be available to work between the hours of 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.

Home Office Requirement:
Comfortable Working remotely from Home
At least 1mbps package DSL/Wired Internet
Reliable Computer/Laptop (meaning no issues)
must have a backup internet connection

Perks and Opportunities:
Work will have a starting salary of $80/week for 40 hours of work.
Upon successful completion of your first two weeks you will receive a 10% raise and will steadily be given 10% raises on a consistent basis as you continue to grow with our amazing team.
This is long term employment with lots of opportunity for growth.

In order to qualify you will need to complete a formal interview over Skype as well as a set of test tasks which should take no longer than two hours.

The candidate which completes the task with the most accuracy will be awarded the full time position.
