Job Description

CAPACITY PLANNING OFFICER

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Overall Admin support to the Operations department 

-Responsible in allocating the right number of manpower needed per area

-Coordinate with the Project Leader in terms of timetables, budget, work progress and manpower needs

-In-charge of purchasing and inventory of Office and Operations supplies 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

-Must be 25-35 years old.

-With 3-5 years work experience in HR and Admin

-Highly organized and can communicate well

-Willing to be assigned in Pasig City

 

-1 Full-Time position available
