Global Headstart Specialist is looking for 100 Full-Time Call Center Agents willing to be assigned in different sites such as Makati/Taguig/Ortigas/QC/Pasay, and etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Understanding the needs of the customers through effective listening and questioning skills.
o Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
o Dealing with all calls politely,courteously,professionally and assertively.
o Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
o Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.

Job Requirements:
– Must be 18 years old and above
– High school graduates are accepted
– Average to excellent communication skills
– Computer Literate (familiar with different Microsoft applications)
