Job Description

We are a tight knit family-owned network of Dunkin’ Donuts shops in the South Shore looking for a full time baker/porter to join our great team in Holbrook! We are looking to hire motivated people who want to grow with us!

Starting pay is $12 and up depending on experience/amount of training required, and certifications like ServSafe and Allergen.

1+ years in Food Service or a similarly paced environment
Weekend availability

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that Bakery/Bagel Case standards are met throughout the day.
Make sure all required products are available for purchase and are merchandised and displayed correctly per Readiness Kit.
Ensure that all shifts will have enough products to maintain the baker case standards for their dayparts; especially LTO’s
Record any product baked throughout the shift.
Record any product waste throughout the shift, as well, to help forecast for future bakes as well as help minimize waste and shortages for all required products.
Once all product is baked and cooled, bring product out front. (FIFO-bagels that were baked first should go to sandwich station to be used, newer bagels in the case, new donuts/muffins should go at the front of the basket)
Decorate all plain yeast shells/rings with eye-appealing designs to brighten the bakery case and encourage impulse sales at the front counter.
Use your judgment: this might include making a donut that is required (i.e. chocolate frosted) to ensure the express dozen is available, per Dunkin Standard, all day.
Maintain indoor AND outdoor cleanliness standards.

Required Secondary Duties
Help front counter crew with changing dirty donut papers and refilling bakery products from the rack in the kitchen to maintain standards.
Clean any and all dishes you may have used throughout the day
Ensure that all opened product is labeled with the proper shelf-life.
Sweep/mop or sweep/squeegee the back room every day before leaving.
Maintain organization of back room, FIFO.
Make sure all products are on a shelf and at least 6 inches off the ground.
Perform any special cleaning or maintenance projects set forth be the Store Manager, General Manager, or Franchisee. These will be assigned as needed
