Job Description

Duties:
• To Exercise general supervision of branch operations making certain that all established procedures and company policies are well observed.
• to supervise all branch personnel
• Supervise and manage employees in the performance or conduct of their duties
• Guide and train newly hired employees
• Settle conflicts and problems among employees
• Report immediately all irregularity in the branch
• Make marketing plans for the branch
• To execute such other functions as may be directed by higher management
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
• With 1 year experience as a Manager or Supervisor
• Female, 23 to 26 years old
• Single
• Willing to be Assigned to any Branches
• With Good Communication Skills
• Person-oriented and with interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Trustworthy, flexible and willing to work on extended hours.
