Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer.
·         Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company.
·         Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Must be a High School graduate

·         Good to excellent English communication skills

·         Good comprehension skills

·         Good multitasking skills

·         At least 18 years old and above 

·         With or without Call Center experience

·         No Age Limit
