Job Description

Responsible for soliciting and servicing Banquet account of company. To work in the Banquet sales office and functions rooms. Performs sales call. Responsible for guest’s satisfaction, liaise with credit and sales. Ensure the function orders are completely filled out. Handle guests’ complaints properly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
– Male/ Female, ages 23 to 35 years old.
– Graduate of HRA, HRM, Marketing Communication or Business Administration
– Computer Literate
– Above average communication skills.
– With 1-2 years experience as an account executive from a food industry or catering business is an advantage.
