HIRING: PEOPLE MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER FOR METRO MANILA (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview
directly to the client’s office.
SALARY OFFER/RANGE:Php70,000-Php80,000
WORK SHIFT: Rotating Shift

Job Descriptions:
Primary Responsibilities:
– Oversight of the People Mobility Technology team in Manila which includes:
– Career counselor responsibilities for two Level 8 employees
– Provide direction for daily work of direct reports
– Performance and personnel accountability for all team members
– Accountable for the execution of the workplan and ongoing operations tasks for both operations and initiative work
– Ownership of the People Mobility Cost Estimation tools, including managing monthly releases, ownership for making updates to policy entitlement formulas, accountability for issues logged and oversight of any required testing.
– Responsibility for executing governance processes around user access (including internal controls) and data management
– Accountability for the issue / enhancement tracking process across business operations prior to CIO submission including final review of the list of enhancement requests.
– Accountable for overseeing User Acceptance Testing needed for any People Mobility tools. This includes working with the Sr. Specialists to review test plans, number of test cycles, schedule, checkpoints, etc. and perform a final review of test scenarios and scripts
– Accountable for operations support escalations for both RMS Connect and myPeopleMobility
Other Responsibility:
– Contribute to ITSC business case development as needed
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (list in order of priority)
– Strong background with the software development life cycle
– Experience managing and implementing custom software through design, build, testing cycles and bug fix
– 3-5 years coding experience (Java, .net or other object oriented language)
– 3-5 years intermediate/advanced experience with MS Excel and VBA,
– Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more
– Ability to coordinate with a variety of geographically dispersed contacts
– Flexibility in schedule in order to work across time zones
– Capable of working independently with limited supervision
– Able to prioritize and self-manage to keep on target
– Confident and able to interact with a variety of people at all levels, within People Mobility and CIO
Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:
– Thorough understanding of Accenture’s global policies as applicable to cross border assignments and permanent transfers, and any applicable local country addenda (including travel, immigration, tax equalization, finance)
– Experience with Accenture Immigration and Tax processing tools such as RMS Connect and FACT
Other Requirements (i.e., travel, overtime %):
– Ability to calls as required, before or after normal work hours due to geographical differences
– Overtime of up to 20% during peak times
