HIRING: PEOPLE MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGERFOR Mandaluyong , Cubao , Eastwood, Makati,  Mckinley (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

 

•SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 70K-80

•WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

•NATURE OF COMPANY:  BPO

 

Qualifications:

·         Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (list in order of priority)

•       Strong background with the software development life cycle

•       Experience managing and implementing custom software through design, build, testing cycles and bug fix

•       3-5 years coding experience (Java, .net or other object oriented language)

•       3-5 years intermediate/advanced experience with MS Excel and VBA, 

•       Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more

•       Ability to coordinate with a variety of geographically dispersed contacts

•       Flexibility in schedule in order to work across time zones

•       Capable of working independently with limited supervision

•       Able to prioritize and self-manage to keep on target

•       Confident and able to interact with a variety of people at all levels, within People Mobility and CIO

·         Thorough understanding of Accenture’s global policies as applicable to cross border assignments and permanent transfers, and any applicable local country addenda (including travel, immigration, tax equalization, finance)

•       Experience with Accenture Immigration and Tax processing tools such as RMS Connect and FACT

·         Other Requirements (i.e., travel, overtime %):

•       Ability to calls as required, before or after normal work hours due to geographical differences

•       Overtime of up to 20% during peak times
