HIRING: PEOPLE MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGERFOR Mandaluyong , Cubao , Eastwood, Makati,  Mckinley (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

 

•SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 70K-80

•WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

•NATURE OF COMPANY:  BPO

 

Qualifications:

·         Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (list in order of priority)

       Strong background with the software development life cycle

       Experience managing and implementing custom software through design, build, testing cycles and bug fix

       3-5 years coding experience (Java, .net or other object oriented language)

       3-5 years intermediate/advanced experience with MS Excel and VBA, 

       Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more

       Ability to coordinate with a variety of geographically dispersed contacts

       Flexibility in schedule in order to work across time zones

       Capable of working independently with limited supervision

       Able to prioritize and self-manage to keep on target

       Confident and able to interact with a variety of people at all levels, within People Mobility and CIO

·         Thorough understanding of Accenture’s global policies as applicable to cross border assignments and permanent transfers, and any applicable local country addenda (including travel, immigration, tax equalization, finance)

       Experience with Accenture Immigration and Tax processing tools such as RMS Connect and FACT

·         Other Requirements (i.e., travel, overtime %):

       Ability to calls as required, before or after normal work hours due to geographical differences

       Overtime of up to 20% during peak times
