* With or without Call Center Experience.
* Knows basic troubleshooting / Tech Savvy.
* Good Englisg Communication Skills.
* Willing to work on shifting schedule, including nightshift, weekends and holidays.
* Willing to work in Ortigas.
* Willing to be processed in our Shaw Site.
