Job Description

URGENTLY HIRING:MANDARIN SPEAKER

Job Description:

Assist users during and after the online sign-up process;

Resolve all payment related queries;

Act as a first point of contact for any query from our customers in regards to the online e-wallet service;

Ensure high customer satisfaction rates are maintained at all times.

Answer and resolve customer enquiries via chat, e-mail and/or phone;

Assessing individual problems and taking appropriate actions to ensure that customer needs are met;

Report and escalate technical issues experienced by the customers to the IT-support departments;

Report suspicious customer activities to the Risk department;

Act as an eZeeWallet/eZeeCard product expert, by displaying in-depth knowledge about the products and Standard Operating Procedures.

WORK SHIFT:

Morning shift

WORK LOCATION:

Makati City

SALARY RANGE:

Php 40,000 – Php 80,000
