Job Description

ACCOUNTING STAFF:

Preferred gender and age range – male or female , 21 – 25 years old
Preferred college degree, alternative degree (if any) – Major in Accounting or Major in Financial Management or Banking & Finance
Relevant experience and Salary Range – with no experience, acceptable – minimum rate , if with experience, negotiable

Job description :

1) Handles the preparation of the Client’s Billing Statements and the related supporting documents.
2) Monitors the release the said documents on a monthly basis
3) Summarizes the collections received from the released Billing Statements on a daily basis.
4) Coordinates with the concerned Accounting staff regarding Billing & Collection.
5) Performs other Accounting/Finance duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

1) Trustworthy – can handle confidential matters
2) Responsible – should be able to meet the required deadlines in accomplishing the assigned tasks.
3) Accounting or Business – related course graduate
4) With Above – average oral and written communications skills
5) With pleasing personality and with excellent inter-personal skills ( a team player )
6) Proficient in window-based applications ( MS Office, Excel. Word )
7) Willing to work overtime when necessary
