Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Representative:
Interact with customers on behalf of an organization. They provide information about products and services.
Technical Support Representative:
Provide answers to questions from customers regarding the use and trouble-shooting of equipment, usually over the phone. It can either be for hardware, software, use or application of different pieces of equipment, from home appliances, to commercial equipment to industrial machinery.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field.
- 18 years old and up.
- Good to Above Average English Communication Skills.
- Willing to work on shifts.
- Computer Literate.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- No experience needed!
Non-Voice Agents (Chat Support Representatives) – Interacting with customers via chat support or email and assisting or helping them in terms of different computer applications.
Telco Account:
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Those who finished a Short Course/Vocational Course, College Undergraduates and College Graduates in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 years old and above.
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills (Oral & Written).
- Can at least type 35 WPM with high percentage in accurancy.
- Prefers those with experience as a Chat Support Representative but is not required.
- Willing to work in Ortigas or Pasay.
- Willing to work in Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
Online Retail Account:
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Those who finished a Short Course/Vocational Course, College Undergraduates and College Graduates in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 years old and above.
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills (Oral & Written).
- Can at least type 35 WPM with high percentage in accurancy.
- Prefers those with experience as a Chat Support Representative but is not required.
- Willing to work in Quezon City.
- Willing to work in Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
AOL Account:
- Completed 2 years in College in any field with no back subjects.
- Those who finished 2 years of Short Course/Vocational Course in any field as well as College Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 years old and above.
- 6 months Tech Experience in the BPO setting.
- Has Chat Experience.
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills (Oral & Written).
- Can at least type 35 WPM with high percentage in accurancy.
- Good thought organization.
- Willing to work in Ortigas.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule and Graveyard shift.
Gaming Account:
- Completed 2 years in College in any field with no back subject.
- Those who finished 2 years of Short Course/Vocational Course in any field as well as College Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 years old and above.
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills (Oral & Written).
- Can at least type 35 WPM with high percentage in accurancy.
