Job Description

A call center agent-  is the person who handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. A call center agent might handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues. Other names for a call center agent include customer service representative (CSR), telephone sales or service representative (TSR), attendant, associate, operator, account executive or team member.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, College Degree and Short Course / Vocational Course Diploma.
  • College Undergraduates (who are currently not enrolled) and Fresh/Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have Good to Excellent English Communication Skills (oral & written).
  • Must be 18 years old and above.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be willing to work in a shifting and graveyard shift schedule.

 

WE HAVE SPEED HIRING HAPPENING EVERY MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS, BUT YOU MAY APPLY DURING OUR REGULAR DAYS.
