Customer Service Representative – Interact with foreign customers via phonecalls and assist them with regards to their inquiries/concerns/complaints about the different products and services of the company.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must be atleast High School Graduate / College Graduate / or Completed atleast 2 yrs. in college /  Short Courses or Vocational Courses / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must have Good to Excellent English Communication Skills (oral & written).
  • Must be 18 years old and above.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • Must be willing to work in a shifting and graveyard shift schedule.
 WE HAVE  SPEED HIRING HAPPENING EVERY MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS, BUT YOU MAY APPLY DURING OUR REGULAR DAYS.
