Job Description

 

Qualifications:

  • Has good to excellent communication skills 
  • Fresh Graduates WITHOUT Call Center Experience also accepted.
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts.

Salary / Compensation Package:

Outbound Sales Agents – 18k basic Salary

  • 500 php meal and 500 php transportation allowance upon regularization
  • Regularization after 4 months
  • HMO Medical Benefits 100k per year
  • 10 % night differential (probationary)  and upon regularization 20% night diff
  • Commission – unlimited (depends on how much you earn)

Inbound Sales Agent – 20k Basic Salary
