RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Representative:

Interact with customers on behalf of an organization. They provide information about products and services.

Technical Support Representative: 

Provide answers to questions from customers regarding the use and trouble-shooting of equipment, usually over the phone. It can either be for hardware, software, use or application of different pieces of equipment, from home appliances, to commercial equipment to industrial machinery.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or 
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field.
With or without experience CAN APPLY!
Required skill(s): Good communication and interpersonal skills 
Preferred skill(s): Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work in Makati, Pasig, Pasay,Quezon and Mandaluyong City
