Duties and Responsibilities:

– To help the company in the promotion of Programs and Services

– To recommend quality applicants

– To handle management of activities like interviewing and evaluating applicants, assisting clients, monitoring, controlling and supervising of manpower activities and updating and conditioning with the company heads.

– To submit reports as required by the supervisory head

– To maintain the collection efficiency rating

– To conduct Personal Sales (optional)
