Job Description

Dunkin’ Donuts, the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world, is looking for Store/Restaurant Managers for their Somerset/Union County area stores. Our Store Managers play a vital role in restaurant operations by recruiting and training an exceptional staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and implementing corporate standards.

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities:
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills,
• Drives sales growth, profitability and overall operation of the restaurant per Dunkin’ Donuts operational standards
• Builds guest focused team talent
• Manages profit & loss and restaurant compliance
• Understands the critical nature of making logical and timely decisions under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Plans and communicates effectively

Relevant Work Experience:
• Seeking a candidate with 1-2 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant, food service, retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) a plus.
