Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

– At least 18 yrs. old
– At least a high school graduate
– Average to excellent English communication skills
– Can comprehend and converse in English
– Amenable to work in shifting/graveyard schedule
– Computer literate with good navigation skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Provide superior customer service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
– Process transactions efficiently and accurately. Process orders, forms, applications and requests when applicable.
– Refer inquiries to the appropriate department.
– Take ownership of client complaints/issues, initiate action or resolve the problem and keep the clients informed during the process.
– Understand and apply delivery center operating policies and procedures.
– Manage customers’ accounts, keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of actions taken, and follow up on customer interactions
