Job Description

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field
– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
– At least 2 year experience in technical recruitment is a must
– Preferably with experience in the BPO/IT industry
– Familiar with IT or Technical terminologies and programs
– Computer savvy and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
– Skilled head hunter with strong motivation in meeting the requirements
– Amenable to work on shifting schedule including night shift
– Can start ASAP!

Responsibilities:
– Conduct end to end recruitment which includes, but not limited to: sourcing candidates, conducting initial interview, screening qualified candidates, negotiating with salary, and extending job offers.
– Support the staffing procedure of the company by ensuring a continuous recruitment of applicants with technical background and other requirement
– Successfully hire talented candidates prior to the deadline
– Coordinate and calibrate with US clients to align with the recruitment process
– Utilize different recruitment tools and develop strategies to improve hiring
