Qualifications:
Salary 20,000-22,000
Min 3 years (1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee)
Fixed Night Shift

Full Potential BPO, Inc is looking for competent Management Accountants who will work directly as business partners for one of our clients.

Scope of Management Accounting Role:
The role is designed to be one where the team of accountants working for ONEHALF produces the management accounting reports on a monthly basis for the client that employ our service.

The reports need to be accurate and timely so that the business owner we are providing them to have meaningful information by which they can use to run their organization.

Because it is a management accounting role as such then Management Accountant with experience in general business will be required. There are more understanding they have of the accounting system as a whole and how the various components within its link together then the easier it will be.

The Onehalf system is being created so that our client only need to provide us access to their respective accounting system and we can proceed to do the required month end reconciliations and report creation.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Accounting Degree Qualification minimum
Three (3) years of Accounting Experience minimum covering all areas of general business and reporting
If they have achieved higher qualifications such as a CPA or Chartered accreditation it will be highly regarded.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Understanding of timelines and reporting deadlines
Any areas of specialist accounting work to be noted
Any exposure or understanding to Australian Accounting and Taxation will be highly regarded.
We also take note any additional work related training the candidate received
