Call Center experience is not required and open to undergraduates!

Job Responsibilities are the following:
1. Handle concerns of the customers with their account
2. Can work in a fast paced environment and able to multitask
3. Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
4. Establish and build rapport in dealing with customers
5. Assist customers by giving a clear and step by step instructions

Minimum Requirements:
– Should be at least High School graduate
– With excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Can type fast and accurate
– Assertive and confident
– Willing to work on a graveyard and shifting schedule
– Amenable to work in Cebu City

Compensation:
-Work in a professional working environment that cultivates growth and excellence.
-Earn 13,000 – 15,000 for as your monthly salary
-Health/Medical Card (upon regularization)
