QUALIFICATIONS

* Job description: Oversee the R&D dept., formulate and develop new product
* Male or Female; not more than 48 y/o
* BS Chemical Engineering/BS Chemistry/Food Tech/BS Cosmetic Science or other related science courses
* 4-8 yrs of experience preferably with Chemicals Industry
* Salary range: 25,000-30,000
