Job Description

The Leader in the Basement Repair and Remodeling in Central Ohio, that pays for performance, is seeking part-time enthusiastic inbound/outbound call center customer service representatives for either our morning or evening shift plus Saturdays- NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED.

Candidates must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone; previous call center experience preferred; proficient data-entry skills required. Proven record of dependable work history and ability to work in a drug free environment are essential. Starting compensation based on experience and ability to accelerate in our training program.

Upon hire, candidate will:
1. answer phones professionally
2. respond to customer inquiries
3. research required information using available resources
4. schedule estimate appointments
5. provide customers with accurate product and service information
6. identify and escalate priority issues
7. route calls to appropriate resource
8. follow up customer calls where necessary
9. complete call logs
10. complete call reports
