Job Description

Qualifications:

  • A.
    • College graduate of any Computer-related course
    • Must have at least 6 months of TSR/Technical Support Representative experience
    • Willing to work on SHIFTING schedule
    • Amenable to work in ORTIGAS

 

  • B.
    • College graduate of any course
    • Must have solid 2 years TSR/Technical Support Representative experience (Nature of Account: IT Helpdesk)
    • Willing to work on SHIFTING schedule
    • Amenable to work in ORTIGAS

 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide 1st line application support; answering support queries via phone and email
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
