HIRING: IT TELCO SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT FOR CUBAO CITY SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

 

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

 

SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 38000 – 47000

 

WORK SHIFT: MID SHIFT

 

NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

 

Qualifications: 

● Educational level: Graduate of any 4-year Engineering course, preferably Computer Engineering or

● Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE). Information Technology and Computer Science and Programming backgrounds are not preferred.

● Minimum of 4 years prior experience in Telco industry; experience in high pressure and highly complex network engineering, required; 

● Excellent communication skills, as the job require regular interfacing with customers and vendors.

● Hands on experience in all IN events including Voice, SMS, Data (3G/4G) & MMS.

● Hands on experience in IN call flows. 

● Understanding of GSM & GPRS flows. 

● Understanding of Prepay and HLR systems. 

● Experience in testing and debugging on ALU systems (RDR, eSM & Surepay). 

● Hands on experience in Unix (Solaris/Linux).
